Problem description:
VISUAL EXPLAIN DISPLAYS WRONG CARDINALITY IF SELECT USES FETCH 
FIRST N ROWS OPTIONS. 
 
If you obtain an explain plain using the fetch first n rows 
option the cardinality. 
 
SELECT tbspace FROM SYSCAT.TABLESPACES FETCH FIRST 1 ROWS ONLY; 
 
The cardinality values shown in the explain output are taken 
from either the input or output operator.  The value is not 
consistent. 
 
db2exfmt output show the values correctly.
Problem Summary:
VISUAL EXPLAIN DISPLAYS WRONG CARDINALITY IF SELECT USES FETCH 
FIRST N ROWS OPTIONS.
