Problem description:
In an application that has declared global temporary tables, a 
commit or rollback can initiate the truncation of an internal 
temporary table.   This can negatively impact performance

Solution
In an application that has declared global temporary tables, a 
 
commit or rollback can initiate the truncation of an internal 
temporary table.  This can negatively impact performance. This 
APAR will fix this.
