| Problem description: |
User may observe that an agent temporarily gets mapped to a
wrong service subclass when it fetches from a canceled cursor
within a CALL activity. Metrics and statistics for the cursor
or the CALL activity may get collected on the wrong service
subclass. |

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: *
* User may observe that an agent temporarily gets mapped to a *
* wrong service subclass when it fetches from a cancelled *
* cursor within a CALL activity. Metrics and statistics for *
* the cursor or the CALL activity may get collected on the *
* wrong service subclass. When an agent fetches from a *
* cancelled cursor within a CALL activity, the agent should *
* map to the CALL activity's service subclass. A bug in the *
* code maps the agent to the service class assigned by the *
* application's workload. This service class may or may not *
* be the CALL activity's service subclass. *
