"DB2TRC ON" COMMAND DOESN'T WORK WITH "-CLI" OPTION. |

| Problem description: |
"db2trc on" command doesn't work with "-cli" option. It is
supposed to work as per the documentation:

Workaround:
Currently work around is possible for this. User can pass "-m
*.*.CLITRC.*.*" option with "db2trc on" command to get the same
behavior as "-cli" option. |
