ROLLFORWARD FAILS WITH MESSAGE: SQL1042C AN UNEXPECTED SYSTEM ERROR

Problem description:
This problem happens when trying to rollforward a database that 
contains a table with XML column(s). 
If the table is unavailable for any reason, rollforward will 
fail when trying to reorg that table.
