ACCESS VIOLATION IN CFGREADREGISTRYLIST WHEN REGISTRY QUERY RETURNED

Problem description:
There may be an access violation on DB2 for Windows ( typically 
only in Client code ) 
in function cfgReadRegistryList. 
The conditions to encounter this problem are rare, as it 
requires an error code path to be followed due to a problem with 
the registry.
Problem Summary:
