DB2 - Problem description

"[IBM] CLI0196E SWITCH USER OPERATION INVALID AT THIS TIME. SQL
STATE=HY011" CAN OCCUR WHEN OPENING A TRUSTED CONTEXT CONNECTION

Problem description:
The error "[IBM] CLI0196E  Switch user operation invalid at this 
time. SQLSTATE=HY011" is sometimes generated when opening a 
trusted context connection.  The DB2Connection.Open() operation 
throws an exception, and the connection is not usable.
