OTM MIGHT DEADLOCK IF MULTIPLE OTM OPERATIONS ARE RUNNING ON DIFFERENT TABLES IN PARALLEL |

| Problem description: |
If multiple OTM operations are running on different tables in
parallel, it is possible they might deadlock during the INIT or
SWAP phase.
Reproduction:
Create 2 or more tables and run OTM in a loop to move the
tables, then deadlock will occur within a few minutes. |
