HA_ZRC_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND ERRORS FOR NON-HA HADR DATABASES |

| Problem description: |
When an instance contains more than one HADR database (HADR01,
HADR02) and only one of them (HADR01) is made highly available
(HA) i.e., part of a cluster, we would observe "Resource not
found" errors for non-HA HADR database (HADR02) clogging
db2diag.log file.
Here is a sample db2diag.log entry for HADR02 database.
