DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC68225 Status: Closed

SELECT AGAINST A TABLE CAN RESULT IN INSTANCE SHUTDOWN/ABEND WITH
SQLRIMOVEDATAPTR AT THE TOP OF CORRESPONDING THE TRAP FILE

Problem description:
The instance shuts down/abends with a sigsegv. Looking at the 
corresponding trap file which is generated as a result of 
sigsegv the following can be observed:

This can be easily recreated on v9.7 Fixpak 1 on Solaris however 
it is not confined to this platform or level. 
 
Recreate Steps: 
 
db2 "create table taba ( one int )" 
db2 "create table tabb ( one int )" 
db2 "insert into taba values ( 1 )" 
db2 "insert into tabb values ( 1 )" 
db2 "select a.rowid from taba a, tabb b"
