Db2top can display db2exfmt output for wrong user, shows correct
information on SUN and AIX platform.
Steps taken to get the explain output:
* db2top -d <dbaname>
* Use l option to list the application
* Choose an agent of SQL application using option 'a'
* Use option 'x' to generate a explain plan |

Set USERNAME equal to USER environment variable, before
executing db2top command:
export USERNAME=$USER |
