INSTANCE MAY ABEND COMPILING A QUERY CONTAINING OVER CLAUSE USED WITH A
SCALAR FUNCTION THAT HAS CONSTANT ARGUMENTS |

| Problem description: |
Compilation of a query may abend the instance if following
conditions are satisifed:
- A scalar function is used in the query
- The OVER clause is specified with the scalar function
- All arguments to the scalar function are constant literals
Note that specification of the OVER clause with scalar functions
is not allowed (SQLCODE SQL0109N, SQLSTATE 42601). |
