DB2SUPPORT '-M' OPTION FAILS TO CREATE SUPPORTING HTML FILES ON WINDOWS SYSTEMS |

| Problem description: |
db2support fails to create the html files on Windows systems .
If '-m' is used you'll get the detail_system.html file but
there are no details
example:
db2support . -f -d sample -m -n 12345
If the command returns any errors including the two mentioned
below in the detailed_system_info.html, the specific section for
that command will be empty (no details).

Example of two possible errors
Error: Writing to output file failed at "db2os.C:1082,
rc=-2029059908".
Error: Writing to output file failed at "db2os.C:1082,
rc=-2029059907".

rc=-2029059908 is for SQLO_BUFFSMALL, and rc=-2029059907 is for
SQLO_CPSAME.
