db2pd options -vmstat and -iostat not working on nationalized
locales.it failed with following error.
C:\WINDOWS\system32>db2pd -vmstat
NT/db2pd_vmstat.C(105): PdhAddCounter failed - rc=-1073738823
C:\WINDOWS\system32>db2pd -iostat
Error determining buffer size
The rc=-1073738823 could be mapped to 0xC0000BB9 -
PDH_CSTATUS_NO_COUNTER
