CALL TO DB2SETRES.EXE UPON INSTANCE CREATION DURING DB2 INSTALL RESULTS IN ERROR |

| Problem description: |
DB2 installation on Windows gets error message "db2setres.exe
has encountered a problem and needs to close." and the
installation terminates abnormally.
Also from the install log it can be seen that db2setres.exe is
being executed.
Example:

| Local Fix: |
Use a silent install and set the NO_CONFIG keyword to YES, ie.
it will not create any DB2 instance during installation (thereby
avoiding the db2setres error), and db2icrt command can then be
run post-installation to create the instance. |
