DB2 - Problem description

INSPECT FILE NOT REMOVED WHILE USING ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE UTILITY, E RROR IS
WRITTEN INDB2DIAG EACCES (13) "PERMISSION DENIED"

Problem description:
In Version V9.5 the inspect file are not removed  for 
DB2INSPECT_ACT_ROWCMPEST_TBL action by default, which affects 
both CLP and other applications. 
In Version V9.7 While using Admin_Move_Table utility following 
error are written 
in db2diag file. These error are related to db2fmp process.
