SYSIBMADM.ENV_PROD_INFO display incorrect values after applying
user licenses by the db2licm command.
Steps for recreation:
1) Install a fresh DB2 copy
2) db2sampl
3) db2licm -a <licfile>
4) db2 select * from SYSIBM.ENV_PROD_INFO
Result with DB2 9.5:
