DECFLOAT DATA MAY BE RETURNED INCORRECTLY WHEN SELECTED INTO INTEGER TYPES
IN CLI APPLICATIONS

Problem description:
In some situations additional incorrect digits may be added when 
DECFLOAT data is selected into integer variables within CLI 
applications.  This behavior can appear to be random.
