IN HADR, AFTER TAKEOVER AND TAKEBACK, ATS TASKS ON PRIMARY GET ERRORS |

| Problem description: |
In HADR, calling original primary A and original standby B.
Start HADR at A and B.
Machine B:
db2 start hadr on database <dbname> as standby
Machine A:
db2 start hadr on database <dbname> as primary
After sometime B takeovers and B becomes primary
machine B:
db2 "takeover hadr on db solar"
Now if A takes back and becomes primary again
machine A:
db2 "takeover hadr on db solar"
You will see messages like below in db2diag.log and tasks will
not be run
