DOUBLE FREE ERROR CAN OCCUR IN SQLPRECM WHEN SQLPALR_LOADUSERBUFFER REPORTS
"BUFFER IS TOO SMALL." MESSAGE.

Problem description:
This problem is known to occur during dropped table rollforward 
recovery.
