DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 950 - DB2

Added support to the following JDBC calls when connected to DB2 
for z/OS 
 
DatabaseMetaData.getCatalogTerm(): Returns the term "location" 
DatabaseMetaData.getCatalogs(): Returns name of the current 
subsystem location 
Connection.getCatalog(): Returns name of the current subsystem 
location

This is a JDBC driver fix.  Any clients using the JDBC/JCC 
driver should be upgraded to the one included with v9.5 Fixpack 
10.  This is not a server side fix.
