DB2 - Problem description

DB2 may abend on a left outer join when the right table is UNION ALL view

DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / 910 - DB2
Problem description:
DB2 may abend when running or compiling a SQL statement contains 
 
a left outer join and the right table of the outer join is a 
UNION ALL view. 
 
Additional conditions are the left table is a table with a 
unique index (or a primary key) 
and the join predicate is on on the unique column of the left 
table. 
 
The call stack in the db2diag.log when this problem occurs may
