Problem description:
The following is a repro of the trap: 
 
create table t1 (a int not null) organize by key sequence (a 
starting from 1 ending at 100) disallow overflow; 
create table t2 (a int); 
insert into t1(a) values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10; 
insert into t2(a) values 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10; 
 
select * from t1,t2 where t1.a=t2.a and t2.a is not null;
