TRAP IN SQLBFIX WHEN RUNNING UPDATE STATEMENT WITH WHERE CURRENT OF CURSOR
(DEFINED AS WITH HOLD) CLAUSE ON A PARTITIONED TABLE

Problem description:
Instance may crash in the following codepath when running update 
statement with where current of cursor (defined as with hold) 
clause on a partitioned table.
