TRAP HAPPENS WHILE QUERY ON A NICKNAME OF XML WRAPPER

Problem description:
Trap happens with below call stack while query on a nickname of 
XML wrapper in a federated database that Varchar2 compatibility 
is turned ON. This issue only occurs in the versions of V9.7 or 
later.
