DB2 - Problem description
| Problem IC84483 | Status: Closed |
ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE NOT TO ALTER TABLE WHEN OPTION COPY_USE_LOAD IS USED
| product: | |
DB2 FOR LUW / DB2FORLUW / A10 - DB2
| Problem description: | |
ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE (AMT) sets flags (APPEND MODE, LOCKSIZE TABLE and VOLATILE) on target table to optimize the table copy operation. For COPY_USE_LOAD AMT should not change these table flags. As the LOAD operation is performed with ALLOW NO ACCESS altering the table does not have any impact on the operation.
