EMPTY FOLDER "C_IBM_DATA_SERVER_DRIVER_FOR_ODBC_CLI_CLIDRIVER" I S GETTING CREATED IN THE DEFAULT PATH EVEN ON PROVIDING THE APPD |

| Problem description: |
Empty folder C_ibm_data_server_driver_for_odbc_cli_clidriver is
getting created in the default path even on providing the
appdatapath
Steps to reproduce:
1) Unzip ibm_data_server_driver_for_odbc_cli to to C:\
2) Register CLI driver with the below command:
db2cli install -setup -appdatapath "C:\appdpath"
Observations:
1) In the folder C:\appdpath cfg and other directories are
getting created
2) But in the default location:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\DB2\
and empty folder C_ibm_data_server_driver_for_odbc_cli_clidriver
is getting created.
Which should not get created.
3) Also when we are providing some non existent drive "W:\nonex"
even though the registration comes out with error, an empty
folder C_ibm_data_server_driver_for_odbc_cli_clidriver is
getting created in the default path. |

| Solution |
db2_v97fp6 and db2_v101fp1 contains the fix of this issue. After
fix while using appdatapath we don't see any empty folder
created in the default path. |
