When running a statement such as the following from the DB2 .Net
provider:
CREATE VIEW A11
AS
select
1 a,
2 b,
3 c
from
sysibm.sysdummy1
It loses the new line characters when stored in SYSCAT.VIEWS:
select substr(text,1,100) from syscat.views where viewname
='A10'
