DB2START DOES NOT REPORT AN ERROR WHEN DB2CKPWD FAILS TO START IN LOW MEMORY LINUX SERVERS |

| Problem description: |
On Linux DPF servers with less than 4GB of ram the DB2 password
daemon (db2ckpwd) will fail to start, but 'db2start' does not
return an error. There is something written to the db2diag.log:
