DB2 - Problem description

Problem IC87633 Status: Closed

THE GLOBAL FEDERATED SNAPSHOTS WILL FAIL IF FEDERATED APPLICATIO NS EXIST
ON MORE THAN ON MEMBER IN DPF AND SD ENVIRONMENTS.

Problem description:
The following snapshots will fail if federated applications 
exist on more than one member in DPF or SD environments: 
 
    get snapshot for all remote_databases global 
    get snapshot for all remote_applications global 
    get snapshot for remote_databases on <databaseAlias> global 
    get snapshot for remote_applications on <databaseAlias> 
global 
 
The snapshot fails with this SQLCODE: 
 
SQL1042C  An unexpected system error occurred.  SQLSTATE=58004 
 
and probes similar to the following are written to the

Local Fix:
Rather than specifying "GLOBAL" to direct the snapshot to all 
members specify "AT MEMBER" to direct the snapshot to a specific 
member.
