MISLEADING DIAGNOSTIC MESSAGE INDICATING A BUFFER POOL IS AUTOMATIC WHEN IT

Problem description:
When the user attempts to create a buffer pool, a message is 
printed in the DB2 diagnostic log. This message always indicates 
that the buffer pool to be created is "automatic" even when it 
is not. Example: 
 
$ db2 create bufferpool bp1 size 1000 
DB20000I  The SQL command completed successfully.

The last line contains the word "<automatic>", which is wrong.
