DB2 - Problem description

WLM_GET_SERVICE_CLASS_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCES incorrectly shows the reorg
application status as UOWWAIT

Problem description:
When "db2 reorg table" command is running, the "db2 list 
applications global show detail" shows the application status as 
UOW Executing. 
However, table WLM_GET_SERVICE_CLASS_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCES and/or 
WLM_GET_SERVICE_CLASS_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCES_V97 show the status 
of this application on coordinator node as UOWWAIT. 
 
$ db2 "select application_handle, workload_occurrence_state from 
TABLE (WLM_GET_SERVICE_CLASS_WORKLOAD_OCCURRENCES('','',-2))"
