DB2 - Problem description

DB2_PS COMMAND MAY FAIL IN DPF ENVIRONMENT WITH KSH SYNTAX ERRORS STARTING
WITH DB2 V10.1 FP1

Problem description:
db2_ps may fail with ksh syntax errors in DPF environment. 
 
Example: 
db2_ps 
ksh: 0403-057 Syntax error at line 1 : `{' is not matched. 
ksh: 0403-057 Syntax error at line 1 : `{' is not matched. 
ksh: 0403-057 Syntax error at line 1 : `{' is not matched.

This is a regression of APAR IC84578, where the db2_all script 
has been changed in DB2 V10.1 FP1.

Use the db2_all script from DB2 V10.1 FP0.
