variable / parameter marker on the right hand side may not be
able to be pushed down to remote server, e.g.
RTRIM( COL1 ) = ? |

?=function(col1, ...), or change the server options
db2_same_codeset to 'Y' if the remote database is of the same
codeset as local database |
