A HOST STRUCTURE DECLARED IN SQL DECLARE SECTION GENERATES ERRORS DEPENDING
ON A NAME OR A LOCATION.

Problem description:
ON Embedded SQL (.sqc), depending on a location or a name of a 
host structure in SQL DECLARED SECTION, DB2 precompiler 
generates errors even though a code has no syntax error.

Solution
DB2 v10.1 Fix Pack3 onwards ESQL/C allows the users to specify 
the typedef names in all type of patterns.
