WHEN THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE LOADS GSKIT-CRYPTO INSTEAD OF FULL GSK IT , DB2 LOADS ITS LOCAL GSKIT-CRYPTO , DB2 FAILS WITH SQL1042C |

| Problem description: |
When third party software like nserver, loads GSKit-crypto
instead of full GSKit, DB2 connect to database fails with
error:

This is because DB2 can not find gsk8ssl.dll and assumes there
is no global GSKit and hence tries to load DB2's local
