XA protocol errors after RM_FAIL on xa_end. |

| Problem description: |
RDS (Relation Data Services) detected interrupt on xa_end in
pre-processing. RDS layer error exit with sqlcode -952, that
caused transaction to remain associated to the application. Any
attempt by the transaction manager to rollback the transaction
or start a new transaction resulted protocol violation.
