DB2 INSTANCE MIGHT TRAP IF A USER REBINDS A PACKAGE WITHOUT HAVING EXECUTE PRIVILEGE ON IT. |

| Problem description: |
Instance trap might occur with following stack when user did
rebind package without having EXECUTE privilege on the package.
