DB2CAT FAILS TO GENERATE A NEW PACKED DESCRIPTOR (-G OPTION) IN DB2 V10.1,
WHEN TABLE HAS INDEXES

Problem description:
db2cat is not able to generate a new packed descriptor for a 
table with indexes: 
 
db2cat -d <DATABASE> -n <TABLE> -s <SCHEMA> -g new.pd -o 
db2cat2.out
