DB2 - Problem description

DB2PREREQCHECK DOES NOT SHOW DBT3514W AGAINST 32-BIT C LIBRARY IN THE
SUMMARY.

Problem description:
The db2prereqcheck utility would report DBT3514W against 32-bit 
C library if it's not installed. 
However, the warning is not reported in the Summary of 
prerequisites. 
 
The following output illustrates the problem:
