DB2 - Problem description

AUTHENTICATION=CLIENT FAILS WHEN DB2DSDRIVER.CFG PRESENT IN INSTANCE-BASED

Problem description:
When using an instance based client and cataloging a database by 
explicitly specifying AUTHENTICATION CLIENT on the CATALOG 
DATABASE command, can cause a remote CLP connection to fail with 
an SQL30082N rc=17 (unsupported function).  This would fail with 
the existence of a db2dsdriver.cfg file on the system.

Local Fix:
