FFDC IMPROVEMENTS IN PARTITIONED ENVIRONMENTS |

| Problem description: |
In partitioned databases, gathering information on a failing
node and the catalog node could be useful for problem
determination. This APAR will add 2 things to improve our
diagnostic captures :
1. Instead of just calling "db2pd/db2cos" on during traps,
dumping of db2pd/db2cos will be driven during generic FFDC
(First Failure Data Capture).
2. When detecting FFDC from a subagent (remote node) , dumping
of the diagnostics {dump.bin, apm.bin, db2cos} will be triggered
on the remote node and also on the COORDINATOR node. |
