FEDERATION SERVER MAY CRASH WHEN FORCING APP ON COOR NODE FROM NONE-COOR NODE |

| Problem description: |
When forcing an application running on coordinator node in a
DPF(Database Partitioning Feature) server, DB2 server may get
crashed with following stack:

wrapper, federated FMP process will terminate abnormally. |
