ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE (AMT) CLEANUP AGAINST A SINGLE TABLE CALLS
ADMIN_GET_TAB_INFO FOR THE WHOLE SCHEMA

Problem description:
ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE (AMT) uses ADMIN_GET_TAB_INFO to obtain table 
size information. 
 
When running CLEANUP against a single table AMT may call 
ADMIN_GET_TAB_INFO and query the whole schema. 
On databases with a large number of tables in the same schema 
this may cause performance issues.
