DB2 - Problem description

DB2 MIGHT ABEND WHILE COMPILING SQL QUERY.

Problem description:
DB2 might abend ( with SIGSEGV ) while compiling a SQL query. 
The symptoms of this issue are as follows: 
 
1) There are indexes available on one or more tables involved in 
the query. 
 
2) The stack trace may look like one of the following:
