Calling PD_GET_DIAG_HIST produces the following error on
Windows:
SQL0444N Routine "*IAG_HIST" (specific name "PD_GET_DIAG_HIST")
is
implemented with code in library or path "...e\db2dbroutext",

"pd_get_diag_hist_v10fp3" which cannot be accessed. Reason
code: "6".
