DB2 - Problem description

DB2SUPPORT DOES NOT COLLECT DB2DIAG.LOG ON WINDOWS WHEN $M IS USED IN
DIAGPATH

Problem description:
When collecting db2support on Windows, db2diag.log is not 
collected if $m is used in DIAGPATH. On UNIX/Linux environment, 
it is included even if $m is used in DIAGPTH. 
 
Local fix: 
Do not use $m in DIAGPATH.
