ALTER INDEX ON TABLE CORRUPTS AUDIT LOG FILE

Problem description:
With audit database enabled with CONTEXT category, alter index 
on table may corrupt audit log file. 
 
db2audit extract fails with: 
 
AUD0022N  The Audit Log File is corrupted.
