DB2 EXPORT AND DB2 IMPORT ONLY SUPPORT STATEMENTS < 32700 BYTES AGAINST
NON-LUW SERVERS

Problem description:
DB2 EXPORT and DB2 IMPORT only support statements < 32700 bytes 
against non-LUW servers, even if server supports longer SQL 
statements 
 
(DB2 LOAD does not have such problem.)
