DB2 SHOULD NOT ABEND IN SQLAK_CALLBDRDAINPUT() AFTER AN OUT OF MEMORY CONDITION |

| Problem description: |
DB2 might encounter a Windows exception (Exception C0000005) or
a SEGV on UNIX platform and abend in function
sqlak_callbDrdaInput() after an out of memory condition is hit.
We will make error handling in this function more robust to
avoid this problem.
